To access certain features of MeeAi, you may be required to register for an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
All content, features, and functionality of the MeeAi platform, including but not limited to algorithms, software, text, graphics, logos, and button icons, are the exclusive property of MeeAi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
In no event shall MeeAi, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the use of the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the MeeAi platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions or engaged in conduct that is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
